Fable wanted to compete with screens, not add another dull one. We art-directed and animated a reading app that feels like stepping inside a picture book, with gentle motion that rewards curiosity without overstimulating.
Motion with meaning
Every transition tells a small story: pages turn with a soft parallax, and illustrations breathe subtly as children read. Motion is always in service of comprehension and delight — never decoration.
An illustrated world
We commissioned a warm, hand-drawn illustration style and built a motion system that brings each scene to life while keeping performance rock-solid on older devices.
